Great place for extensions and hair pieces. Lowest prices you'll find in CO and huge selection. They have significantly less options for blondes though. You're not going to find the greatest quality but for dancers/performers that only use them part-time its great! Also, don't expect great service. You get what you pay for. Regardless, this is the only place ill go for extensions/hair pieces.

they rarely have blonde ponytails or half wigs, if you have white hair DONT GET IT DONE HERE! THEY CHARGED ME $25 FOR TWO FRENCH BRAIDS AND THE AFRICAN LADY RIPPED OUT TONS OF MY HAIR TRYING TO BRUSH IT, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED, AND THE BRAIDS WERE UNEVEN AND MESSY! the staff is rude and almost non-existant. they dont know anything about products and never have new stuff.

very poor customer service they know absolutely NUTHIN about the products they sell. If you plan on purchasing from BSW please take someone with you who know weaves!!!! and good quality hair to purchase..they are lazy and if you ask them a question,they will make of the answer instead of being honest. They just want your money.

This place is huge & has great prices on some products but good luck finding what you need. Almost every employee, except 1 nice young lady, had a horrible attitude, rude, & useless if you need any help at all. Every time i've been in there they've been rude & neglectful, even the manager has horrible customer service skills. I'm at the point where I'd rather chance paying a little more money in a better atmosphere than save some change but be stressed out. They don't even guarantee or refund/exchange quite a few products.
