Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I went in 4 days ago and it was the most uneven job and wasn’t that neat of a design even tho it was simple. The nail polish started peeling off so I went back in today and asked for them to be repainted, some nails r darker then others because the nail polish didn’t get spread properly it was rushed. There’s still the old black nail polish all over my nails. Including both trips I spent $120 on the worst most plain set of nails the most rushed set. I came in excited for a tonal gel manicure with builder gel to strengthen my natural nails. What I got was a rushed, uneven job. I had asked to change the color on one nail and this led to her shaving off the builders gel on that nail and denying it. When I asked whether she’d filed off the builder gel, she insisted it was “still on my nail”—even though I’d just watched her remove it with the e-file. Tried Thi nails first time today. Very nice EVEN nails now! I had French and it was done perfectly. The girl was very particular which was good. $55 for cash. She didn’t speak to me, but I’m not there to make friends! I’ll definitely be back next infil. Only thing negative was I booked in at 11am and they finally started at 11.20 am. Nice job though.
