I got acrylics and two came off the day after I got them done I was charged more then the board outside said they would be, the workers are rude and made almost all of my fingers bleed
My daughter had her nails done yesterday afternoon and when she got home she realised that they were pointing upwards instead of flat against her nail. We went in this morning and explained this to them and they said come back in 30mins. We returned after 30mins and and were told by one woman they look fine, we then spoke to the manager and he said no refunds but we could come back on the 5th of January to have them fixed. I’ve just experienced the best manicure and pedicure ever! Who would have thought this Coffs Harbour find surpasses my Sydney experiences. Thank you for my wonderful experience!!
I do not have fake nails and had a manicure. They obviously have no training. Unevenly shaped, jagged nails and chipped in a few hours. Plus, as an insult- extremely overpriced for the products used in a natural manicure. Would not recommend.
Worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I went in 4 days ago and it was the most uneven job and wasn’t that neat of a design even tho it was simple. The nail polish started peeling off so I went back in today and asked for them to be repainted, some nails r darker then others because the nail polish didn’t get spread properly it was rushed. There’s still the old black nail polish all over my nails. Including both trips I spent $120 on the worst most plain set of nails the most rushed set. I strongly recommend going anywhere... read more
