Over a month ago I worked over the phone with Chris to make a large purchase. He was so patient with me and knew his stuff. He was amazing to work with and very responsive. I would highly recommend Chris!!!

I'm an architect designing a nail spa in Oklahoma City, and a client was working with Chris Lu to buy their pedicure chairs. Throughout the design and permitting process several technical questions arose, and Chris was an incredible help in answering those questions, even to the point of sending me pictures and measurements of the units. I can hardly imagine how the customer service Chris provided could have been better, and I am grateful for his help.
