The unprofessional, childlike response from the "owner" stands on its own! Really??? 30-40 clients A DAY?!?!? Where are all the glowing reviews from the (Unattainable) 30-40 ppl PER DAY, and if it was true....that equates to QUANTITY NOT QUALITY. It's a scam!

I managed to schedule one of the three sessions I paid for via the Living Social coupon, and now can't make any additional ones. They don't answer the phone and don't return calls. This business is co-located with Domani Studio.
Serious problems, bad management. They were selling laser hair removal services they could not actually do. Took two weeks to book the appointment as the receptionist wasn't in or they just didn't answer during business hours. Also emailed for an appt. got no response. Waited over a month to get in. Ten minutes before the actual appointment, a receptionist calls to cancel my appointment after I had already driven 40 mins from Baltimore to Bel Air.
