I was in the bathroom at the HEB washing my hands and I noticed the lady who runs the spa walk out without washing her hands! EeeYUCK! Very unsanitary, probably giving ppl pink eye! BEWARE!

My mom always gets her eyebrows done at the valley hi location, coming over here was a mistake they made her look like an angry bird. I was so shock she even paid bc she went immediately home to wash off. The powder that the lady said they always use but the lady at valley hi uses henna. Needless to say worst experience we waited for her for 35 min bc she did not get there according to business hours then said she would give a discount gave us 2$ ?
