Don’t bring your child here for braids. My daughter was excited to get braids for her birthday but they made her wait very long just to sit in a chair. I had my braids/knotless for the very first time by a professional and it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend this place to all, specially brown skin- please go and try. You would love yourself more!
Phenomenal creative stylist Dorian has done an amazing job without an appointment! She took her time with my braid up on a walk-in visit and I am grateful for her extra care.
Horrible customer service and a very unprofessional business person. TWO DAYS after getting my braids done most of the ends were unraveling and it looked like a rats nest (see photos). I wanted to give them another chance so I messaged the owner with pictures asking if it could be fixed. She apologized and asked me to come in the next day at 4pm.
