One of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had. I’ve been to many salons, and this is by far one of the most disappointing. The service was extremely unprofessional. They clearly only care about getting paid and not about the quality of their work or how the customer leaves. I paid a lot of money, and my hair turned out completely wrong. Had an appointment for 815am, showed up at 8 and no one was there. More clients came and no one showed up till 9. I left at 10am without my hair braided. If I made appointment and didn’t show up I would have been charged. Listen they do great work when work gets done. 5 star on the braiding. But I’m now going to a wedding without my hair braided and wasted 2 hours of my day. A Sorry is not good enough. Game needs to step up big time.
My Hairstylist Dosy was amazing she did my hair SUPER fast and so gentle I was so happy it was my birthday and my hairstylist cancelled she came through! We had deep talks and she’s truly talented I wish her the best! And I will continue to see her :) everyone else in the salon was lovely too
Excellent experience . Walked in looking homeless straight up the nappiest hair. Sure I had to pay a lil extra but was definitely worth it. Natoya did an amazing job.
