Was in the shop for not even five minutes when we were harassed for stealing out the bonnet section. My boyfriend had only pulled out a receipt and put it back in his pocket. Will not be returning.

RACIST!!!! I was accused of stealing and lady threatened to call the police after grabbing my arm trying to stop me from leaving. I was comparing lashes I already had that were CLEARLY half used. I was asked by a lady to put my ulta bag down while shopping. I said first off, I’m not stealing anything. I told her I would put the bag in my car. Customer service here is basically nonexistent. From the moment you walk in, you’re watched and monitored the entire time — every aisle, every step — but no one actually approaches you to ask if you need help. Instead of assistance, you’re followed, observed, and judged, which creates a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming environment.
