I just had a haircut and blow dry with Lisa. Went to put a review and was surprised to see a negative comment! So upsetting that I called beauty plus to speak with Lisa. Such a shame that someone who was late to her own appointment claims she felt rushed. Great place and great stylist. Stop killing people’s livelihood because you are a keyboard warrior.
awful job- I asked for a blow out all I got was a regular blow dry. Lisa had rushed me to take her next client. Was pulling my hair so much just to finish fast. I payed $40 for a blow dry that I could’ve done free at home. I was given an appointment for 3:15. I got there at 3:11. I also gave her tip since that’s just how I am. Okay my hair was long- but what I asked for, if it couldn’t have been done it should’ve been informed at the beginning.
