Ana was late to both of my appointments. She decided to reschedule my touch up point 20mins before my appointment time a was still late. Not sure how she has any business. Very unprofessional referred to me as a girl. She will never get any more of my money or time. Time management is a skill she needs to learn . If I was late to my appointment it would be an issue but since she’s was late it’s ok. That not how I like to spend my money . Not worth my money . In her words not mine . Be for real Girl .
