The short and sweet of it is that Katie is amazing! I started going to Beauty Parade after a tearful hair mishap someplace else (it happens). Katie worked her magic, corrected my color and uneven cut. I left the salon feeling/looking like a million bucks! Consistently amazing work. The rest is history folks! #BPlifelongcustomer
I had received a recommendation from my stylist that Terra would be my girl to get my 95 year loved grandmother a “wet set”. From our initial conversation on the phone to making the appt to leaving the salon with smiles on our faces-it was perfect! Terra and her staff were so kind and helpful in transferring my grandmother in and out of her wheelchair and into the chair to get her hair washed and to the dryer and back again. Cannot explain how perfect my experience was! Wedding hair and makeup for the bride (myself), my sister and mom and the groom's sister and mom and, from my trial to the day of, Terra and her staff were fabulous! It was my mom's first time meeting the groom's family and my sister's first time having her hair and make up done so it could have been disastrous. The ladies handled it all beautifully! Always awesome!! Everyone there is super friendly. Noelle is wonderfully talented. You feel like your hanging out with friends and getting a great hair cut at the same time!
I came in yesterday for a completely new hairstyle and Noelle did a fabulous job! She was able to give me exactly what I wanted. Also, the customer service was excellent and everyone was super friendly. I will definitely be coming back.
