None of these people know how to cut hair. absolutely none. so rude all the way, and an absolute money grab. absolutely disgusting. My hair turned out horrible, I’m convinced the good reviews are fake because no way these people are satisfied with this. I never write reviews, but by the way my hair turned out, I’m warning everybody. she wouldn’t even fix it for me, I had to go elsewhere. absolutely ridiculous, I paid twice.
Absolutely ridiculous. This is the worst experience I’ve ever experienced. I was belittled, harassed, and my hair was absolutely trashed. I ask for them to fix it and the lady was so arrogant and said she would charge extra because I “complained”. never go here for a haircut.
Beauty One Spa offers some lovely services and has always been a great experience. Wendy has exceptional customer service and i always leave satisfied with my lashes. 10/10. Definitely recommend.
