I decided to try a new place closer to home and I have never had such a negative experience at a nail salon. I came in for a soak/take off and fresh set, and instead she decided to rip my acrylics off with cuticle cutters. She tore off half of my pinky nail, left me bleeding, and ignored me when I told her it hurt not once, but twice. When I asked if that was their “normal” process, she ignored me again. I used to come here a lot when I was in high school and always loved it. I made an appointment for a gel pedicure and a full acrylic set for my wedding and found that they're even better than they used to be! My pedicure was just white gel, but they spent extra time shaping my nails to look nice. She KILLED my acrylic set and my nails looked even better than the inspo photo. I will continue coming back whenever I'm back in town, and recommend beauty nails 1000%.
