I paid for a microblading service which was very blotchy, my eyebrows did not look filled. I figured they would be corrected at time of retouch, got time off of work for an appointment and was told she would have to reschedule didn't ask when I could go, wanted to schedule me on her time when I had already planned time off. Now I have to pay full price since noone does only retouch.
