Poor customer service...
I went in last week for a wig and they were so ghetto and loud to the point where it made me uncomfortable... very unprofessional, they have kids running all over and screaming as well.
I had my eyebrows “laminated” here, but really I had my eyebrows shaved half off, fried and then was provided with a free lash regrowth serum and zero discount. The only difference in my brows is there are less now causing me to have to fill in MORE instead of less like lamination is supposed to do. Although I appreciate the serum, I think the girl needs a little more training in brows and I didn’t want anyone to go here based off reviews like I did with the hopes of leaving with a good laminated brow.
Place needs proper signage. Hard to find without a visual point.
