First off I cannot wait until Hair Depot opens!!! My mother was already here before I could called her to switch and go to Empire….. The store is very clean and orderly. However, upon visiting the stoure today 1/24/25, the change in customer service and professionalism is very noticeable...employees sitting on the countertop on their cell phones texting or scrolling during business hours when there are customers in the store. This is not professional etiquette and truly unprofessional. Upon entering the store, customers were not greeted, and not once did anyone ask it they could assist you.
