I went to get my daughter nails done and the nail tech was extremely rude with my daughter and I. I just had to walk out. Seriously I don’t know what they think they were extremely rude and no ethics. I finally went to nail spa which I got awesome service. I would not recommend beauty island to anyone. There are so many other places that do the same or better work.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! YOU DEFINITELY GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND THE OWNER IS RUDE.
Pedicures. The first time I went they did a good job. The second time, the girl didn't speak English and I didn't get the hot towels or paraffin wax that I requested and paid for. This time, the hot towels were cold, the parrafin wax did not cover my feet and was blotchy, and she took it off before it set, she did no massaging of my feet or calves. I took my son get haircut and love that girl that cuts his hair. And I when back to do my hair today
Well I see people come and some don't feel comfortable their service...Im cosmetology license n my boss nancy n Mike nail boss..other don't have license not much experience..
