Been using their products for years and always went back for more. My last order I got 3 different wax and one of them not good (like 15-20 individual rollers) they are just a bad batch it happened. I reached out to them and was shocked by the response that I got. They are not taking responsibility and they pretty much don’t care. Less to say they lost me as a customer and every one around me that use this brand.
They have the BEST roll-on soft wax on the market!! In my 10 years of waxing experience, I have tried other brands but Beauty Image will be #1 always. Customer service is AMAZING and I have never had any issues with them or with any orders!
I bought wax warmer machine, and when I received it, it didn't work. I complained to them and without any good solution I had to call my bank to get my money back. I returned the machine to them. Who wants to buy a machine that doesn't turn on the first day and pay $199? definitely not me! Today I just wanted to buy the box of wax and I was surprised that they canceled my account. Usually I never review but this company is really upset the way they treat me as their customer more than 10 years. I had a shipment issue with UPS because my location was remodeling, but they sounded like I cheated on them with the shipment. I claimed with UPS and the UPS would replace my order but in order for the UPS to reimburse the shipper has to claim with the UPS but they won’t cooperate to help me to get your reimbursement. I've been ordering wax from Beauty Image for over 1 year. I'd love if they sold Blue Sapphire over the website and I didn't have to call every month to order it. I've never had a problem with shipping or customer service.
