RecommendedIt’s been a week almost since my dramatic haircut. I cut 11 inches and the owner was able to squeeze me in same day, which I wanted so I was grateful and excited. Although when I walked into the place there was only one other woman getting her hair done, it seems like a pretty clean and professional salon. I have been going to Lucia and her team for over 15 years. The reason she has her own recipe is because she is what her clients would call an “expert”. I have seen her work miracles with really difficult hair. Mine just frizzy. I am 60 now. Drive 3 hours each way to see her. She is totally knowledgeable and is the very best at what she does. Love beauty factory... my hair is the best it has ever been.. thank you girls...
BEWARE!!! You will not be getting "Keratin " as they advertise. "It's my own formula" Lucia the owner says. Her "formula" is good old hair relaxer which will fry your hair. I am still "paying " for her scamming ways everyday I look in the mirror Stay away Oh and they will keep you waiting and waiting forever, always running late, no apologies, total disregard for your time.
