If I could star them a zero, I would. I went in last night for a quick thread, and tint. They literally took most of my eyebrows away after I’ve been growing them out to make them more bushy. They used to look like twins. and now they don’t even look like sisters. My two eyebrows are completely different shapes and sizes than the other one. I’m completely disappointed with their service, I paid $30 to get my brows messed up. So disappointed, will never go back again. I put before and after pictures

I went here on 10/24/25 to get my brows and lip waxed and threaded. She started with the threading then did the wax. First brow done- great. Then… she dipped that same stick back into the pot of wax and did my other brow! I know if she did it that time, she does it all the time! That is unsanitary and unhygienic. And yes, I did breakout. I would advise to not use their waxing or brow tinting services. Don’t let them put anything on your skin cause it ain’t clean. We walked in and did not see anyone until we looked towards the back and a lady was laying on a couch with her feet up and she was scrolling on her phone and she yelled sign in…. I should have turned around but my girls wanted lashes for their dance at school. So we stayed and they both got lashes… at the time they looked “ok”.
