This place a couple years ago. Used to be really really good. I used to love it. But I have realized they have went downhill. I used to be a regular customer. Used to have no issues whatsoever with my lashes. Then I started having to many issues with them being thick and not to my liking when I showed them a lash map I wanted and my visits became less and less. I wanted a clean but they litterally waxed my eyebrow in the middle in between my eyebrows and now there uneven I just wanted a clean around my eyebrows but they did a horrible job they cut my actual eyebrow

Horrible. I usually like going here for my last min emergency Brazilians. They took me CHARGED me, and then didn’t finish bc “the mall was closing” but the should’ve never took me in at all. I usually tell everybody to go here but now I’ll add what happened. She said come back Thursday, but like I stated, I only go for emergency Brazilians. The emergency was today. Not Thursday.
