I hate posting bad reviews on little family owned shops but my hair is compromised and just want to warn the next person. Came in with white hair and asked her to bleach 8 weeks of regrowth. She didn’t leave the bleach in long enough and even after toner I left with hot roots. Which is fine, I can have it fixed. However, she doesn’t use any product to put the moisture back into the hair. I asked her to blow dry it and she used a pea sized amount of something that may have been a thermal protectant but definitely did nothing ... read more
