I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Beauty Depot location. I returned to the store because my military discount was not applied to my purchase. Instead of handling it professionally, I was treated like I was being dishonest and was asked for both my military ID and another form of identification, even though I shop here regularly and have never had to do that before. First time in there almost missed it, from the street the view looks like the front, but turn it's open and they have great prices and a huge selection. This will be my new go to spot for hair products.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at the store today. I have been a longtime customer, which makes this situation even more concerning to me. I purchased a short-length boho braid, and when it was rung up at the register, the price came to $17.99. I questioned this because the longer version of the same boho braid was priced at $8.99. I shop here all the time..And I usually spend A few hundred every visit...Well I went in there this morning was treating VERY RUDELY by a short older Chinese employee..Mind you there was a store FULL of employees and NO ONE came over to asked if I needed help....I went and found someone to asked for help with a wig...She was very Rushy, act like she was to busy to assist!!!..If she didn't want to be bothered..WHY not have someone else with a pleasant professional attitude come and assist ....I really liked shopping here beca... read more
