Wes and his crew were professional, prompt, courteous and did an awesome job for us. I highly recommend them. We are happy with their work and our experience beyond words.
Beauty-Crete poured a pool deck for Larry Friese Pools many moths ago. Their employees broke the light conduit and it got filled with concrete, making it impossible to run the light cord through the conduit. They admitted to doing it and the owner of Beauty-Crete agreed to pay the invoice from Larry Friese that he incurred in tearing out part of the deck, fixing the conduit, and pouring the concrete back. Beauty Crete collected from the home owner and the contractor that contracted their company for a total of $7,000.00. Beauty Crete acknowledged the error and initially agreed to return overpayment but has failed to do so. Their work was very shoddy, some had to be redone. Avoid this company.
This company ripped us with so much money for less than a poor job. When we called to explain our concerns with the problems they have created due to lack of, good work performance, the owner, or son of the owner, not sure, came to MY HOUSE, and talked to my husband, who is much older than this guy, in such a disrespectful way, with rudeness, trying to bully him, and end up saying something like; sue me, I got so much our this job, I can afford it... We did do this job. Our employees have worked for us most over a decade some over 2 decades, A couple for three decades. They are highly trained, highly paid and have insurance and many other benefits making the gas loan comment absurd. The issue with this job is there are some cracks in the concrete. I have been hesitant about filing this report but something needs to be said so no one else experiences what we did. We had several bids and decided to go with Beauty Crete, Inc after talking to Scott H*******. He was very nice and explained everything to us . The day they came out it was hot, they took up the old driveway and began to place the forms for the new driveway. They didn't even know how to make the driveway square. Beauty-Crete, Inc. Makes every effort to make every customer happy. Which is why we have thousands of satisfied customers. This Particular complaint is regarding a driveway that was poured in the summer of 2017. We pour 3500 Psi , air entrained concrete which is above standard for concrete driveways. While we do not use chairs (broken ankles) we lift the rebar up as we are working our way backward during the pouring process. The damage incurred during the re-staining process of my patio was never fixed. Beauty-Crete would not return phone calls or text messages. While one issue was fixed, the other issues of killed grass, splattered stain on nearby flagstone, patio column, and decorative gravel, were never addressed. I find this treatment to be unprofessional and, quite frankly, disrespectful.
Absolutely shocked at the lousy job they did at our place. Total waste of our money and time. Had to hire someone else to fix their mistakes. Worst experience ever.
New pool deck poured last week. Very happy with the results and the fact that they didn't leave a mess when they were finished. Would recommend.
Very satisfied with my experience. Would recommend.
