DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Wes Fjelsted is a HORRIBLE “sales manager,” let alone self-proclaimed owner of Beauty-Crete. Wes DOES NOT manage his employees, he DOES NOT supervise the job as promised (zero site visits) and has NO INTEREST in customer service and making his client happy. His workers do not speak English and cannot communicate. If you plan on checking in or watching the job and have a question, asking Wes will only get you personal ridicule and attitude. I have never wrote a review on any site but with this company "Buyer Beware," they don't listen to their customers needs, it was going to rain that evening and was told they were only setting the forms for my patio, the workers arrive and he told me in his broken english that he was told to pour, I call and spoke to Wes the owner that was very rude and condescending, they poured the patio anyway working into the dark, it started raining on the newly poured concrete so they attempted to tarp, they finished the patio the next ... read more

very pleased. The team did exactly what Wes sold us. It is not often that you receive exactly what you are expecting these days. Love my driveway and patio. My wife loves it most importantly. Thanks Guys!!

3rd house they've done for me. Thanks guys! Great work. 11 years later and the same crew did my project as before. Awesome!
