I got a NO CHIP manicure at Beauty Concepts and guess what, it chipped the next day. I went into get it fixed, which they did. Then two days later another nail chipped even though it was NO CHIP manicure. This time when I went in I was told by the owner, an Indian woman that because they already fixed one nail, they would not fix anymore. I once again mentioned that it was no chip which is meant to last at least 2-3 weeks. She then proceeded to rudely tell me "Oh no, it would never last that long".
