They were terrible with me. They accuse me for stealing, and I had to show him all my stuff and he was such a terrible person. He was so rude also
I can to this location at 8:59 on the dot and they locked the door right in my face, it if I could leave a zero star review I would! I drove all the way down to this location and there was an accident on my way, they still had ppl inside and I just needed a wig cap, not only was it rude but very bad customer service
Terrible Management I went and bought a frontal to install for my sisters wedding. Only to get to my appointment and find out that the advertised HD lace wasn’t at all HD after being in bleach for almost an hour it didn’t change the colour of the knots at ALL. Called to notify and see if I could exchange or get a refund… management told me to call the manufacturer and the most they could do was give me 20%off my next item.
