Horrible store manager and staff. They sold spoiled old s.elling hair gel. He claimed that is how it's supposed to smell!!! This is my 2nd bad experience here I will never be back

Bought a product that clearly does not work well and I asked them before I got it if I can exchange for another one if it does not work well and they said yes. I used it, does not work and now I just wanted to exchange for a different but same type of product but they said no that it gets hot so it should be fine…tried it first time on one hair - didn’t work and then tried it on another hair and had to wait 10mins for one strand to work…told them that their staff suggested it to me and I needed something to work fast.
