I had my hair done by Daniel, and unfortunately my experience was not good. I asked for an ashy toner, but my hair turned out far too dark — like dark brown or dark chocolate — with noticeable red tones instead and looks like he used a colour instead of toner. Daniel is very kind and polite, but the result did not meet my expectations this time. I paid 280 CAD for a root touch-up, toner, cut, and blow dry.
