If only I could give a negative rating, I truly would. This was my first time trying laser hair removal, and I can confidently say I didn’t see even 1% of the expected results. When I started, I was told I’d notice visible differences within 6 sittings. However, after my 6th session, they extended it to 10—clearly to make more money, yet even after 10 or 11 sittings, there were no results. I had one of the worst experiences of my life at this spa. I initially chose them because of the glowing online reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was nothing like what others described. I went in for laser hair removal, and the owner, Meet, personally performed the treatment. During the session, she used a marker to section off areas of my body — something I now realize may have contributed to the severe burns I suffered.
