Laura made an arrangement with me on 9/8/25 that she would only charge me $160.00 for highlights and $180.00 if I needed a cut. After only 3 weeks she informed me that she was going to work less due to a health issue but that she was going to charge more because even though she was going to work less she wanted her income to stay the same. I told her it wasn't right to expect to work less and expect her clients to pick up the slack when the economy is bad for everyone but at that point she accused me of not having any grace.... read more
