Highly recommend Krysta! I've been a loyal customer for maybe 5 years-longest I've ever gone to the same salon. Why..? Krysta! She *never cuts it too short, the color is always gorgeous, and the styles are always super cute! My hair was so thin and damaged when I first started coming to her. Now, it's thicker than it's ever been-even at 46yo.
I've been a long time customer of the beauty salon-going every five weeks and booking in advance for my haircuts. Today after my appointment was confirmed via text when I went in I was told my stylist was in class and Beauty Brands had called me to reschedule. Not so-no message on my cell or home. I even showed the girls at the counter my phone. They blamed it on corporate!! Well, I'll forgive you once but this was the third time in 8 months so you just lost a customer.
While the cosmetic store was clean and fun I booked a pedicure. It wasn't what I expected. For $38. I have used alot of different places and this was one of my least favorites. The ladies were friendly and did their best but the room was so uninviting, poor lighting and horrible polish choices. Also...I was given a Styrofoam cup of water. That is odd for a salon. I assume the stylists who work their are great at hair....cause toes are NOT their strength.
