I recommend NOT shopping at Beauty Brands. They cannot keep my Keep Ten Rewards active....this is the second time they have not registered. I tried placing an online order and tried to use a reward which was sent to me......could not get it submitted, so called Customer Service ....result being total frustration. Simply not worth the aggravation ---- will pick up the products at Ulta which by the way are cheaper!
Esther did my hair for my wedding. I had an updo fine and she did an amazing job. I loved it. Could not have been happier.
Bunch of young, judgmental, making faces behind the clients, classless wannabes!! Here with my daughter for hair & makeup. We did come in for a consult so if she didn't want to do it or couldn't then say so! Unbelievable. I kept my cool for my daughters sake, but I will be in contact with store manager.
