Tried to ask them questions, they didn't seem to care if we were there or not. Very rude and poor customer service.
Made an appt for cut/color online. Showed up. No trace of said appt in system. Employee stated that it is a known problem. Asked why they offer that site functionality then. Her response, "Because sometimes it works." Stopped shopping here years ago. Was reminded tonight why. No sorry. No apology. Offered a coupon and a reschedule for another day. Yet, system shows appts. available all night. Um, no thanks.
I like the products and annual liter sales but customer service is lacking. They are helpful but not as enthusiastic as the employees at the other stores. Kansas City has a ton of beauty brand stores to go to. There warehouse is here so if I order online it's here in like 1 day
I get all my pedicures with Tamar - she does a fantastic job every time! Check my girl out!
I just love Mandi! I've been going to her for about 2 years now and I always love my hair and chatting with her! Thanks Mandi!!�
I see Donna at Barry Road location and have for years...great service and great products!
