Hailey was absolutely amazing — she was so kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to assist me, gave great advice, and made the whole experience really pleasant. She has actually helped me before as well, and every time she is consistently professional and caring. It’s rare to see such great customer service! Thank you so much, Hailey — you truly provide the best service. I really hope she gets recognized or promoted — she definitely deserves it!

We had an amazing experience when served by Luna. She helped me and my kids get our passports photos done today. Usually it’s a dreadful process with young kids but Luna was polite, cheerful and overall very positive and made it fun. I wish every Shoppers would have such a professional employee.

4 liter skim milk always near expiry date, or even expired already. Happened many times already. Went today (Sept 5). 3 bags expired on Sept 2, 2 bags will expire on Sept 7. Hope this is not for seniors because today is senior discount day.
