I’m deeply disappointed with the quality of service I received at this Shoppers Drug Mart last week. The clerk in the beauty boutique addressed me in a strange, unprofessional manner to the point of even laughing behind my back (not sure why – maybe a bias of some kind?) after I had made my purchase. Because of this treatment, I returned the product right after buying it.
