Went to cosmetics department yesterday and put some stuff on hold, the lady left some samples and gift with purchases for me . Today went there to pick up and changed my mind with one fragrance, the beauty specialist removed all the samples and gave a hard time cashing out.
Overall experience is good with shoppers, but customer dearling by Punjabi girl is not well. She is not cooperative at all. She haress people, instead of supporting and guiding, not have sincere attitude at all.
I had an excellent experience at Shoppers Drug Mart today. Odessa went above and beyond to help me, and provided the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Truly appreciated her help — it made my visit so much better.
