Left the house with no makeup and unbrushed hair to score a radically discounted fragrance. It was sold out but I browsed anyway because of beauty advisor Calen, who called around to see if any other SDMs still had it. Despite my haggard appearance, Calen treated me with top level customer care and went beyond minimum expectations. I stayed and spent twice the amount I had planned to for that visit. RIP my wallet.
