There is an older Black gentleman working in the makeup area who was incredibly unprofessional. I have never experienced such a bad attitude before, if he didn't want to help me, he should have simply walked away rather than being rude while I was speaking with his coworker for assistance. That Asian lady is very gentle and kind btw. Other than that, that would be my worst experience in this store.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the Beauty Boutique. Unfortunately, I encountered a staff member whose approach was both pushy and arrogant, which significantly detracted from my shopping experience.
