This location has a great selection of products however my in store experience was less than enjoyable. When quickly dealing with one of the beauty staff she was condescending and glib. An update to my previous review. I did return to the store Wednesday with my fingers crossed that I would not have to deal with the same staff member as I did previously. I went in looking for a certain lip stick. The employee at the make up counter wasn’t interested. I headed back to the lipstick and tried to figure it out. The lipstick example did not at all meet what was actually lined up underneath ( L’Oréal). I went for more help and a different employee came out and directed me to another set of samples. I said to her “ all these sample don’t line up with the actual colour “ she said “ yeah it’s confusing”🫤and basically left. I hope at least she tried to correct the issue for the next ... read more
