I’ve been going to Beauty Bound with my wife, and the only person I, we looked for is Jackie! She is very knowledgeable on what she’s doing and I am always 100% satisfied of her customer care and service she does to both of us. She is very meticulous especially how she does my pedicure. I alway go home happy because I am relieved of the pain on my big toe when she cleans it. I’m a happy camper always. For any customer, please try Jackie and you will always go back to her. Highly recommended.

fast service, I was in and out in 30 minutes. gel manicure looks fantastic and my manicurist’s service was very detailed I recommend you book with Jackie if she is available Only feedback is that their UV lamps should be cleaned- I got gel polish on my skin

I came in to get my nails done and had asked beforehand if they could do a gel manicure with a very simple bow design. They assured me they could, but when it came time for the design, the technician struggled with it. Other employees then pushed me to use stickers, but none of them looked good. I had been to BB once before and had a good experience, but yesterday was truly above and beyond. I am recently out of a cast for a broken foot, and so my toes needed a lot of TLC. Likewise, my fingernails have been a mess. Both of the professionals at BB who helped me with my ManI-Pedi yesterday took extra care and time to make sure that my service was perfect.
