Kristin is the best, she came directly to me and gave me the most beautiful lashes! I highly recommend her services.
Do not use this business. I booked and paid my deposit for lashes and brows. My appointment was rescheduled twice. The owner reached out and asked to reschedule a 3rd time and I declined and asked for a refund. I was not refunded despite asking twice. Owner is an unprofessional scammer, beware.
THANK YOU!!!! I was seriously considering getting an eyebrow transplant because I thought my brows were thin before going to Kristin and then I saw her work and booked an appointment. Not only is she miss personality but holy smokes MY EYEBROWS LOOK INCREDIBLE!!! My fiancé has mentioned how much he loves them about 10 times since we got home from my appointment with Kristin and I cannot stop looking in the mirror! I can tell from the pictures/reviews that she does good work. However the customer service is too bad for me to spend hundreds of dollars here. Like some of the other reviews, she texted me to reschedule my appointment. Then she missed my rescheduled appointment and didn’t respond to me for 6 hours - leading me to cancel the charge on my credit card. My little cousin had her 16th birthday coming up and Kristin took care of her every step of the way this was a multi day appointment and she never missed a beat made me look like the savior when really she did all the hard work thank you very much for everything my little cousin was very happy she looked like a princess but she said she felt like a queen
