My favorite salon
The couple of times I have been here have all been fantastic. Kat saved my hair after a horrible haircut and Crystal did a beautiful job on mine and my bridesmaids hair for my wedding.
Do not go here. First I saw Kat. Who destroyed my hair. The red was where I started, the sunset distaster, her doing. I wanted light pink princess hair. The happy pictures of me with pink hair is proof my hair can be pink and the reference photos I gave for what I wanted color wise. Then I called the salon. Turns out, they don't care at all if one of their stylists destroys your hair. The manager won't call you. They won't fix your hair. Nothing. I did get my money back, but only through Kat. Sarah Keene is the best for cut color and style in Jacksonville. If you are looking for vivid color, silver, or anything else you can imagine. She's your girl. Also does a great men's cut. Her fades and beard management are what kept me coming back every week for 2 yrs. Book your appts early, she is routinely booked 2 months out.
