Poor service. The business is over-extended. The owner is flighty and obnoxious. I put in a special request for a Rosanna tea-set last christmas. Staff ok'd it with the owner, owner assured me that the product would be in. Nothing. No tea set, no phone call. I called and left numerous messages with the owner. I would have been happier if she just said "no im sorry, I won't be able to get that in."
We recently used Beauty Blossoms for our wedding flowers. The owner's personal attention to details was exceptional. She gave us so many wonderful ideas, not just for our flowers but for other areas of our event! Our wedding was quite large and I expected to be a little nervous about our flowers and the associated rentals. My worries were for naught - the execution was flawless!
