I gave Beauty Bar Inc. (Powers location in Colorado Springs) multiple chances because I genuinely wanted to continue coming here, but after several experiences, I can honestly say I will not be returning. The biggest issue with this salon is that they are not accountable. They do not accept or admit their mistake. They deflect, and they make you feel like you are wrong, when clearly, they mess up. I wouldn’t get a pedicure at this place while pregnant ever again— not because of the quality of service but because the “chairs” (a bench, actually) are sooooo uncomfortable while pregnant. Also, you get what you pay for. $45 is cheap. I would go elsewhere if you want more fanfare. And if you are pregnant. Because. Uncomfortable.
I had a 1230 appt with Natalie today. At 1245 I asked the receptionist how much longer. She went in the back, came out 5 min later and told me it would be at least another 10 minutes. Why? No apology, no explanation. I walked out. If Natalie was going to be running late, somebody could have texted me instead of wasting my time. Terrible customer service. I'm never going back.
