I’m writing this review for my blonde ladies looking for a review. I don’t think Stephanie is good with cooler shade of blonde. Stephanie is really nice and personable, salon is clean but experience is not there for blonde hair. She did a great job for the lady next to me with dark hair. I am naturally dirty blonde and had virgin hair. I wish I read reviews prior to getting my hair done as I now lay in bed crying. Extremely unreliable. Cancelled on me twice, both times with short notice. I am one day away from going on vacation and now unable to get a haircut. I have a new baby so it is not easy to find times to do things for myself. I was hoping this local place would be a win but with service like that it’s clearly a huge flop. Owner reason for cancelling “something came up”. I firmly believe she cancelled because she had no other bookings for the day and couldn’t be bothered to come in. Pathetic
I was excited to support a local hairdresser and had high hopes going into my appointment, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I went in requesting a simple root touch-up and was very clear that I wanted to maintain a natural, low-maintenance colour. Stephanie is truly amazing! I’ve been following her since my late teens, and she has always taken such great care of my hair. Every visit leaves me feeling so happy and confident. My hair always looks incredible — the colour, cut, balayage, and highlights are absolutely beautiful every single time.
