First time I when to get my hair done there and I was so pleased with her work and such a very nice person. I found my forever hairdresser.

I’m writing this review for my blonde ladies looking for a review. I don’t think Stephanie is good with cooler shade of blonde. Stephanie is really nice and personable, salon is clean but experience is not there for blonde hair. She did a great job for the lady next to me with dark hair. I am naturally dirty blonde and had virgin hair. I wish I read reviews prior to getting my hair done as I now lay in bed crying. Extremely unreliable. Cancelled on me twice, both times with short notice. I am one day away from going on vacation and now unable to get a haircut. I have a new baby so it is not easy to find times to do things for myself. I was hoping this local place would be a win but with service like that it’s clearly a huge flop. Owner reason for cancelling “something came up”. I firmly believe she cancelled because she had no other bookings for the day and couldn’t be bothered to come in. Pathetic
I was excited to support a local hairdresser and had high hopes going into my appointment, but unfortunately, my experience did not reflect that. I went in requesting a simple root touch-up and was very clear that I wanted to maintain a natural, low-maintenance colour.
