Finger nails were poorly done. Then, at the very end when I go to pay, they tell me they charge $10 to scrub your feet while getting a pedicure!! Never have I EVER been charged for this service while getting a pedicure!! It was a complete rip off and I will never go back because of this. They never once mentioned this charge, knowing I was a brand new customer.

If you nails were poorly done you should have said something someone would have been happy to make it right, and we don't charge extra to scrub the bottom of your feet. The callus eliminator is a ad on as it says on our price list in the front of the salon when you first walk in. That's were you put a special solution to break down the really bad calluses on ones feet then we have to use the foot file to get all the really bad calluses off and then we have to scrub to smooth it yes we charge extra but it takes alot more work... read more
