I was visiting Oak Island and made an appointment with Nancy for a color and cut since I ran out of time before I left home to get my hair done. I was thrilled with the new beach cut Nancy gave me! Thanks so much Beauty at the Beach, I needed that!
Just got my hair done by Nancy! She did an amazing job on my horribly thick hair and was excited to do so! She's a very nice woman and I'd recommend her to anyone!
I met Alex at Beauty at the Beach a little over a year ago with dry, damaged, sad hair...now thanks to her my hair is healthy again! She is the Best!!!
I love Beauty at the Beach. I've been going there for 5 years. Alex listens and guides me in hair color and cuts for a very thick head of hair. I've also used many other services. They are a great salon. I look forward to visits.
I have never met someone like Alex! Every appointment she has a consultation with me and makes sure she has a thorough understanding of what I want. This is especially difficult because I change my plan each time I visit. Alex knows what your hair needs and if you request something unreasonable she will tell you. Give her a try- she and the salon are top notch!

Can't say enough about Alex. She is an amazing hairdresser and even more an amazing person. I am so grateful to know her and I tell her when I sit in her chair every 4-6 wks that she can just do whatever she thinks is best with my crazy head of hair. I never leave disappointed in my cut and style or my time i get to visit with her. She is a young woman so mature and responsible and truly cares that you leave her chair completely satisfied. She is an asset to Beauty at the Beach and Oak Island.
Alex is awesome! She is so knowledgeable, and passionate about hair. Alex is so relatable, and when you sit in her chair she automatically becomes your best friend!
