I unfortunately have to echo the poor experience posted by another reviewer of the Japanese hair straightening. I wish I had seen that review before I made the appointment. I called Kelli after seeing a Groupon for Japanese hair straightening. She was not available to do the appointment on the day that I was available so referred me to her colleague, Eric. I got Japanese straightening done at this salon, and I’m really disappointed with the results. When I washed my hair after 2 days, it looked like nothing happened.. my hair was still curly and actually felt more damaged than before. For the price I paid, this was a complete waste of money. No, this is not a wig. Three different versions of my icy white hair by Kelli Zhender. She is the queen of healthy blond, not to mention a totally amazing person. I definitely recommend if you want a color or blond specialist. I always feel great and look beautiful leaving her chair. Ice white hair is very hard to execute (and not have all your hair fall out) and she has mastered it time and time again.
