Don't waste your money. I wasn't happy with the results and they didn't offer a fix or to even take a look at their goof up. just made excuses. owner has no clue how to run business. she also likes to try to talk like she knows what she is talking about but just doesn't get it. I had someone else fix their mess, happy to know I wasn't overreacting. Go to somewhere that is professional, @beautyaddicts is not! A shame, as they are downtown.

My appointment was 30 minutes late, the color was so awful I had to have it redone (twice) and, to top it all off, the stylist argued with me when I said how unhappy I was with the result. Additionally, after leaving this feedback on the Groupon page, this business left an additional comment lying that they offered to fix the color. I can't stress enough how awful and surreal this experience was.
I am glad I tried this place! Nathali was a sweetheart and did justice on my hair and colour. I’m coming back for sure!
