I would give one star if I could. My friend and I just left the Hawthorne location and was accused of stealing a wig. We came 15 minutes before closing to try on wigs but promised to be quick. The worker helped my friend take off her wig that she wore into the store and tried on 3 items. He rushed us the entire time saying they’re closing soon and wouldn’t let us even look at other items. I went to go try on wigs and I bought the hair cap and the Chinese lady kept. On being rude like she was disgusted I never asked u to help me put it on there was no way I was going to buy a wig from u guys terrible customer service
