Mrs Sweta, thank you. This is my 2nd time going to her and she managed to fix what I messed up. She was so nice and understanding, I felt no judgement. She was able to see me the same day and didn’t price me high, I highly recommend.

I forgot her name but the lady with the pink hair didn’t hair and I love how it came out , she was so sweet and kind too! thank you for saving my hair! I’ve been a few times and never leave disappointed 🤗

I added the email I was sent for my appointment reminder. It states coloring, not a root touch up. So there must be some sort of mix-up with online booking if they're seeing a root touch up on their end, but the email reminder and confirmation is saying color. I appreciate the response, But I think this a good example of needed communication.
